Meet the GACHA Staff
Timothy Dycus, AAP
| Peggy Gachesa, AAPPresident & CEOPeggy Gachesa worked in the Electronic Banking Department at Delta Employees Credit Union for 18 years. Peggy was responsible for the management of ACH, wire transfer, check processing and on-line banking. Peggy obtained her AAP certification in 2002. During her tenure at Delta, Peggy served as the Treasurer for the GACHA Board of Directors. After retiring from Delta Employees Credit Union in 2004, Peggy worked for GACHA as an independent consultant and performed ACH Audits and on-site training. Peggy accepted the interim position as the President of GACHA in September, 2007, which led to her current role as President & CEO of GACHA. Peggy recently served on NACHA’s Rules and Operations Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. She currently sits on the RPA Executive Steering Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee. Peggy is a member of NACHA’s Global Payments Forum, GSAE, GBA and CBA of GA. She currently serves as the Speaker/Program Director for the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) of Atlanta.

Jessica J. Rios, AAPVice President of Association ServicesJessica is the Vice President of Association Services of GACHA, the Georgia ACH Association and has been with the Association since February of 2007. Jessica has the responsibility of managing the Association’s operations, member services, consulting, education planning and training. Jessica performs training and consulting throughout the country and has authored several publications and articles on industry related topics. She has presented for The Payments Institute, American Payroll Association, and NACHA’s Annual Payments Conference to name a few. Jessica actively participates in the Regional Payments Association’s Education Committee, Marketing and Communications Committee and other industry initiatives. Jessica holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from the Florida State University and obtained the Accredited ACH Professional certification in 2007. | Debbie Webster, AAPMember Services CoordinatorDebbie is the Member Services Coordinator at GACHA. Debbie handles the Member support line, publication orders, webinars, seminars and the Solutions Conference. Prior to GACHA, Debbie worked at Georgia's Own Credit Union for 25 Years. Debbie's tenure at the credit union started in the data processing department working with , loans, savings withdrawals, over the counter deposits, name and address changes, member's payroll and all electronic payments. Debbie has worked with GACHA as a financial institution member since she started at the credit union in 1984. Debbie handled the conversion from mag tape to Fedline Dos, to Fed Advantage. Debbie has experienced hands on the growth and changes within all payments to electronic over the past 27 years. Debbie retired from the credit union in 2009 as the ACH/EFT Payroll Services Manager. In addition to managing the ACH/EFT Payroll area she served on the merger team, conversion team and disaster recovery team. Debbie received her AAP certification in 2001. |
