Meet the GACHA Staff:
Peggy Gachesa, AAP, President and CEO
Peggy Gachesa worked in the Electronic Banking Department at Delta Employees Credit Union for 18 years. In this role, Peggy was responsible for the management of ACH, Wire Transfer, Check Processing and On-Line Banking. During her tenure at Delta Peggy was a member of the GACHA Board of Directors and in this capacity served as the Treasurer for the GACHA Board. Peggy received her AAP certification in 2002. After retiring from Delta Community Credit Union in 2003 Peggy provided consulting services to GACHA, which included audits and on-site training throughout the southeast. Currently, as President and CEO of GACHA, Peggy participates actively on the Electronic Check Council and Notice Equals Authorization Workgroup. Peggy also sits on the RPA Executive Committee, the RPA Education Committee and NACHA's Rules and Operations Committee. Peggy is a member of ASAE, AFP, GBA and CBA of GA.
Jessica J. Rios, AAP, Vice President of Association Services
Jessica is the Vice President of Association Services of GACHA and has been with the Association since February of 2007. Jessica has the responsibility of managing the Association’s operations, member services, education planning and training. Jessica actively participates in the Regional Payments Association’s Education Committee, Marketing Committee and NACHA's Mobile Payments Product Group. She is a member of, AFP, ASAE, GBA and CBA of GA. Jessica holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from the Florida State University and she obtained the Accredited ACH Professional certification in 2007.
Lori Kopesky, Member Services Coordinator
Lori is the Member Services Coordinator of GACHA and has been with the Association since July 31, 2009. Lori directly reports to the Vice President of Association Services. Lori’s overall responsibilities are designed to meet the needs of members via ACH Rules interpretation, coordinate and market GACHA services and resources, bookkeeping, service order processing, member communication, and office management. Lori holds an A.A. in Business Management and is currently working toward her B.A. in Management at North Georgia College and State University.
